Day 1 - Arrival in Lhasa [3680m]
You will be greeted by our local guide and driver and transferred to your hotel to relax.

Day 2 - In the morning visit the Potala Palace, the greatest monumental structure in all of Tibet. The Potala is 13 stories high and holds countless treasures and many rooms. Built in 637AD, the Potala has been home to the HH Dalai Lama lineage for more than a thousand years. Afterwards visit Jokhang temple, the holiest temple in all of Tibet. From the rooftop you will see pilgrims from all over Tibet prostrating in front of the Jowo Buddha statue inside the temple. Afterwards walk through the Barkor which is the most popular market and sacred walk for all Tibetans. Overnight in Lhasa.

Day 3 - visit Drepung, one of the three most famous monasteries in Lhasa. Once home to as many as 10,000 monks. Afterwards visit Sera monastery, where you can watch monks debate in the courtyard. Visiting Drepung and Sera monasteries will enhance your understanding about Tibetan Buddhism and its practices.

Day 4 - day trip to Ganden monastery and Drak yerpa caves. Approx 7/8 hrs.
Ganden monastery was found by master Tsongkhapa in 15century and it was the first Gelugpa monastery and has been the main seat of this major Buddhist order ever.There is a fascinating Kora to make in a hr and you will see a massive view of Lhasa Kyi Chu valley.After that drive to Drak Yerpa caves,There are some meditation caves of King Songtsen Gampo in 7century,meditation cave of Master Guru Rinpoche  in 8century, meditation cave of master Atisha in 11century and meditation cave of Dalai  Lamas. It is one of the holiest cave retreats in Tibet. Over night in Lhasa.

Day 5 - Lhasa-Drak Yangzom (4470m), 150km, approx 2.5 hrs.
There are two long and big caves, Guru Rinpoche and some others Yogi master meditated there.It had long history and there are many naturals in the caves also there is a beautiful hiking route from below nunnery to up to Drak Yangzom caves about 4km,approx 3hrs by walk up and 1/30hrs to get down.Besides you will see a beautiful view of Yarlung Tsangpo Valley with nunnery and villages.Over night at Nunnery(3700m)or Nya Dak village(3673m)guest house.

Day 6 - Nunnery or Nya Dak village -Zhong Kubum cave (4724m) (3500m)
Zhong Kubum cave is about  ,35km by car from Nunnery or Nya Dak village and Car parking place to up to Zhong Kubum cave is about 3/5km by walk approx 2/30hrs up and 1/30hrs to get down.Zhong Kubum is the mainly cave of Guru Rinpoche and Kadol Yeshi Tsogyal in 8century,there are three caves and the longest cave is about almost a km.Zhong Kubum is the one of holiest cave to make pilgrimage also has a beautiful hiking route for 2/30hrs up.After that continues drive to Samye monastery for more than a hr. visit Samye monastery.Samye monastery was Tibet's very first monastery and has a long history more than 1200 years.It was founded in the reign of king Trisong Detsen,Samye monastery is designed to represent the Buddhist universe.Overnight in Samye,Hotel or guesthouse.

Day 7 - Samye-Chim Puk Hermitage [4500m] 30km approx 1hr in the morning
Drive to Chim Puk meditation centre. Chim Puk nunnery has more than 180 nuns and they practice red head religion (Nyenmapa). Above nunnery there are more than 400 people taking meditation. Nunnery to original cave of Guru Rinpoche and master Beru Tsanna  is about 1/5 hrs by walk.along it you will see massive view of Yarlung valley.After that continues drive to Tsethang. Through way to Tsethang town you will see the famous Yarlung Tsangpo,or Bramaputra river,flows through this valley. The Yarlung valley is the home of Tibetan civilization.Visit Yumbu Lakhang,was built in the second century B.C.for the first king of Tibet, Nyatri Tsenpo. It was a Palace of first king Nyatri Tsenpo to 33 King Songtsen Gampo and it was the first palace of Tibetan history. Overnight in Tsedang.

Day 6 Depart Lhasa. You will be dropped off at the airport or train station.
