Tashi Delek! My name is Dhondup, I was born in Tibet Shigatse prefecture and grew up in a farming family in Tibet. I was educated in Tibet with the support of my parents. I have a strong desire to share Tibet's rich culture, traditions and religion with friends from all around the world. I have been working as a tour guide since 2005, and I have explored almost every corner of Tibet.

Tibet Plateau is an entirely Tibetan owned company. All of our teams have a strong Tibetan cultural background and wide Tibet travel experiences. With many years of working experience combined, we share an everlasting enthusiasm for guiding and introducing our guests to authentic Tibetan traditions, culture and religion. We will honestly and gladly arrange an itinerary incorporating specific points of individual interest.
